Helena Amos, M.Ac. L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist, European physician, and Functional Medicine practitioner with over 30 years of clinical experience combining the best of modern Functional Medicine with the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Having received a Master’s degree in Acupuncture in England and the U.S., Helena has been practicing Acupuncture and Natural Medicine since 1986.

As a physician in Europe, Helena Amos became dissatisfied with conventional medicine’s focus on masking and suppressing the symptoms, rather than treating causes of illness. Upon incorporating acupuncture and natural medicine into her practice, Helena Amos found that she was able to help her patients on their path to better health through addressing the causative factors of their conditions.

Helena Amos is the Founder and CEO of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine Clinic located in Rockville/North Bethesda Maryland and is available for in-office and remote telehealth appointments.

In Acupuncture and Natural Medicine Clinic, Helena Amos is dedicated to treating (in office and remotely) the causes and symptoms with her comprehensive holistic approach to health care that includes Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, bioenergetic assessments, medical intuition, Five Element face reading, nutritional and lifestyle coaching, natural supplements, and many other modalities.
